There are plenty of things to do in Chester. Undoubtedly the place to be if you prefer your interests centered in one place. With many of the Chester attractions just a stroll away, the city is packed out with things to do and see - probably one of the most impresive sights being the Rows, two-tier shopping galleries which date from the Middle Ages.
There are many fine buildings, including the cathedral, Amphitheatre and the second most photographed clock in Britain after Big Ben - The Eastgate Clock. Chester is by no means a city of the past, it can offer up to the minute entertainment and excellent shopping facilities.
You don't need to travel far from the city centre to find other main Chester attractions. See the list below for just some of the places to see and do in and around Chester:
Chester Zoo and the Blue Planet Aquarium
Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village
Delamere Forest including Go Ape!
Amazing Maize Maze
Beeston Castle
History Hunter Walking Tours
Catton Hall Paintballing
The Cheese Shop
Gullivers World
Cheshire Ice Cream Farm
Plus much more!
