Formerly of Chichester Street, we at Rowland House Chester have now moved to Walpole Street and welcome visitors old and new to the new smaller house recently renovated and refurbished. We are able to offer modern, comfortable, clean en-suite double and twin bedrooms.

A full English, Continental or Vegetarian Breakfast is available served in the dining room between 8am + 9am. In the summer, you may also eat outside on the patio.

We are situated on a quiet side road, North of the City and a 7 minute direct walk into the square where the cathedral is situated. The race course is a 10 minute walk along the City Walls and Chester University is on the door step too. Several excellent restaurants are also in walking distance.

We have off road parking!!!

Rates are from £60 per room per night (2 persons) (Bed & Breakfast and en-suite)

Single Occupancy rate from £35 per person per night, Twin or Double-Room. (Bed & Breakfast and en-suite)

Rates may change on weekends and when the Chester Races are on.
